Maxwell Young is a New Zealand artist making emotionally driven alt-pop that feels personal, immediate and slightly unpredictable.
He started violin at three, learned production in his teens, and later opened for The Internet and Snail Mail. The songs move between sharp pop instinct and recollection: bright enough to catch, strange enough to stay.
